This is a fully hands-on, movement-based labor class — no sitting and listening. Using stations and music (yes, including ice practice), you and your support person will practice comfort measures that support labor progression and reduce tension. Stations include hip squeezes, knee and sacral pressure, rebozo work, yoga and peanut ball positions, slow dancing, and side-lying release circuits. With a small class size, this class is interactive, personalized, and focused on tools you can actually use during labor.
