Carry On: Babywearing Beyond the Newborn Days
Understanding Your Baby’s Sleep: Biology, Attachment, & Realistic Expectations
Infant sleep is one of the most misunderstood aspects of early parenthood, and one of the most common sources of stress, self-doubt, and conflicting advice. The truth is, most babies are sleeping exactly the way their biology intends. The problem isn't your baby, and it isn't you.
In this 90-minute in-person workshop, certified newborn care specialist and sleep coach, Hailey Texeira, breaks down what infant sleep actually looks like, why it looks that way, and what you can realistically do to support it.
You'll leave with:
A clear understanding of infant sleep biology and development
Knowledge of how attachment shapes your baby's sleep needs
Practical, responsive strategies you can start using right away
Confidence to filter out the noise and trust your instincts
This workshop is rooted in attachment theory and responsive caregiving. No cry-it-out, no rigid schedules, no shame.
Whether you're in the thick of the newborn haze or navigating sleep changes at 4 or 8 months, you'll walk away with tools that actually fit your baby and your family.
Price: $50 per couple
Nurturing Newborn Sleep:
A Holistic Approach
Welcoming a new baby is beautiful—but it can also feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to sleep. If you’ve ever wondered “Is this normal?”, “Am I doing this right?”, or “Will we ever sleep again?”—you’re not alone.
In this 2-hour class, you’ll gain a deep, reassuring understanding of your newborn’s sleep rooted in biology, development, and attachment. We’ll gently shift expectations away from modern pressures and toward what is actually normal for babies in the fourth trimester—so you can feel more confident, calm, and supported in your parenting.
Together, we’ll cover:
What newborn sleep really looks like (and why frequent waking is normal), the science behind infant sleep cycles and circadian rhythm development, how your baby’s brain, nervous system, and attachment needs shape sleep, the difference between modern sleep expectations and biological reality, practical ways to support sleep without sleep training or “cry it out,” creating gentle rhythms, bedtime routines, and a supportive sleep environment, safe sleep guidelines and considerations for your family, and how to care for your own sleep and well-being in this season.
This class is designed to help you trust your instincts, respond to your baby with confidence, and release the pressure to “fix” something that isn’t broken.

Every Little Bite Counts: Starting Solids Without the Stress
Every Little Bite Counts is a practical, confidence-boosting class for parents getting ready to introduce solid foods. We’ll cover when your baby is ready, what to offer, and how to begin in a way that feels safe, realistic, and truly stress-free.
You’ll learn the foundations of baby-led weaning, see real examples of how food is served to beginner eaters, and even step into your baby’s shoes (or booties!) to experience what mealtime feels like from their perspective. We’ll also touch on purées, safe food preparation, how to reduce choking risk, and how to confidently respond to gagging vs. choking.
We’ll talk through common worries like allergens, mess, and “what if my baby doesn’t eat?” so you can leave feeling calm, informed, and ready to start.

Reclaiming Intimacy: Parenthood Foreplay Series
Somewhere between the diapers, the night feeds, and the mental load… intimacy can start to feel like a distant memory.
This guided, experiential series is your invitation to find your way back—not just to sex, but to wanting each other again.
We’ll explore what foreplay really looks like in parenthood (hint: it’s not just what happens in the bedroom), and how to rebuild connection through small, intentional moments that fit into real life—not some pre-baby fantasy version of it.
Expect honest conversations, practical tools, and low-pressure ways to reconnect emotionally, physically, and sensorially—without guilt, awkwardness, or a long to-do list.
Because intimacy after kids isn’t about “getting back to normal”… it’s about creating something new, together.
This is a three-part series designed to build over time, with each session layering on the last—so attending all three is encouraged for the full experience. That said, each month is offered as its own standalone installment, so if you miss one, you can still join us and benefit.
✨ Make a night of it—plan a date night after class and give yourselves space to actually use what you’re learning.
