Alongside our lactation team, you'll find classes and services from specialists including speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, craniosacral fascial therapists, and other experts dedicated to helping families thrive.

This group is all about honest conversation, shared experiences, and practical advice—from newborn nights to partner support and everything in between. No pressure, no expertise required—just good food, good company, and a space to feel less alone in the role you play. Feel free to bring the baby with and give mama a little time baby-free. :)
