Baby U: Expert Guidance, Real Answers & Your Village for the First Six Months
Because babies don't come with an instruction manualβbut you don't have to figure it all out alone.
The first six months with a new baby are full of exciting firsts, unexpected questions, and a whole lot of Googling at 2 a.m. From figuring out sleep and tummy time to navigating postpartum recovery and wondering when to start solids, there's a lot to learn about your little one.
That's exactly why we created Baby U at Bump to Baby AZ.
Baby U is a hands-on, expert-led learning community designed for parents with babies from birth to six months. Each week, families connect with a different local professional who shares practical education to help parents feel more confident as their babies grow.
But Baby U is about more than education. It's about meeting other parents who understand what you're going through, building friendships, and finding the village that makes this season of life feel a little less overwhelming.
What Makes Baby U Different?
Unlike a traditional parenting class, Baby U is designed to grow alongside your family.
Each monthly cohort includes expert-led sessions, with topics ranging from infant sleep and development to babywearing, postpartum wellness, and early literacy.
Here's what families can expect:
Weekly classes led by trusted local professionals.
Time for questions, discussion, and real-life conversations.
Hands-on demonstrations and activities you can practice at home.
A Baby U Student Handbook and curated resources to reference as your baby grows.
A community of parents navigating the same season of life.
Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another little one, Baby U gives you a place to learn, ask questions, and feel supported without the pressure to have everything figured out.
And yes, both parents are welcome!
Meet the Baby U Experts: October & November
One of the most exciting parts of Baby U is getting access to local professionals who specialize in the topics new parents are thinking about every day.
Instead of spending hours searching online for answers, families have the opportunity to learn directly from experts, ask questions specific to their babies, and walk away with practical tools they can use right away.

A Community That Grows With Your Baby
One of the most meaningful parts of Baby U is that the relationships don't have to end when a cohort wraps up.
As your baby grows, you'll already have a community of parent friends and trusted local professionals to lean on. Families are encouraged to continue connecting through Bump to Baby AZ's free support groups, Baby Bookworms, special events, and additional classes.
Baby U is not about raising the perfect baby or becoming the perfect parent. It's about feeling more confident, finding support, and knowing you have people in your corner.
